Welcome to this weeks lesson – The Starting Point.
Follow these step by step instructions:
1. Watch the ‘The Starting Point’ where Matt will help you expand your vision and then chunk it down into daily actionable steps..
2. Download and print the Goal card template below. Complete the side of the card that says, “I am so happy and grateful now that…”.
It is vitally important that you write your goal in the present tense, as if it’s already accomplished. We will get to the “Paradigm shift” side of the card in the coming weeks.
3. List and action 6 goal achieving activities each day. It’s not as much about how much you do, but how you do what you do that is most important. So if you only manage to get 3 goal achieving activities completed today, but you did them really well, that’s great! Move the rest of your list to the next day if they’re still amongst the most important action steps for you to complete.
